Giving Options

You can Change Young Lives by making a donation through our secure gateway, PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to use it; a credit card, debit card, or bank account will do. You can specify your donation as General, Family Junction Emergency Youth Shelter, and Supporting Kids in Independent Living (SKIL) to help homeless teens. Just click on the appropriate link to donate to one or more of these programs. Thank you very much for your support of and belief in the mission of YSOC!

United Way of Central Oklahoma Contributions - 

If you contribute to United Way of Central Oklahoma through your workplace or personally and want to designate your gift to Youth Services for Oklahoma County’s Supporting Kids in Independent Living Program please use the following 2011-12 Campaign Designation Numbers:

• General UW Campaign and Heart of the City Campaign Designation # 7049

• Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) Designation # 6099

Other Ways You Can Help

There are hundreds of ways you can Change Young Lives! Below are some ideas and if you want to discuss more, please email cass.hayes@ysoc.org and put "I want to Change Young Lives!" in the subject line.

Pack the Pantry -

Drop off a bag of non-perishable foodto feed a hungry teen. Suggested items include cereal, breakfast bars, fruit snacks, juice (not needing refrigeration), cocoa, teabags, soup, canned pasta, packaged pasta or rice mixes, dry pasta and jars of sauce, canned fruit and vegetables, canned meat, cheese/cracker combos, crackers, cookies, peanut butter, jelly, jerky, and other "usual" food basket items. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Plan a Polo Party -

Ask your friends to bring a new white polo-type shirt in their size (or any adult size) to help provide school uniforms to teens trying to graduate from high school while living on their own. To learn more about our Supporting Kids in Independent Living (SKIL) Program, see "Programs and Services".

Shop for YSOC -

Make a 100% tax-deductible gift to underwrite a variety of services on our Shopping List.
